Full Stack Rails Developer
Reports to: Director of Software Engineering
Position: Full Time Salaried
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Our team develops full stack code for ruby and rails framework for the core RecoveryOne product line. Developers work independently and in collaboration on product design, implementation, testing and deployment. We are seeking candidates that are passionate about user experience, curious around ways to improve the patient healthcare experience, focused on quality (without being militant), and entrepreneurial in approach. NOTE: This position is considered remote-friendly and, subsequently, accommodates candidates from any US location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, test and support features for the RecoveryOne application
- Collaborate with graphic designers, product stakeholders and customers to build full stack solutions
- Assist in the defining and aligning development team priorities
- Participate in the definition, refinement, estimation and prioritization of product features
- Work closely with the development team in a collaborative, Agile development environment
- Create independently and in teams to achieve assigned development responsibilities in a timely and high-quality manner
- Support the client success team in responding to customer issues and feedback
- Adhere to the development team’s practice and policies for Agile development
- Provide feedback and guidance in the continuous improvement of the development process and environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (startup preferred)
- (must have) Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, Git/GitHub, SQL, experience in all major browsers
- (nice to have) PostgreSQL, ReactJs, Cordova, Heroku, DevOps(DNS, Load Balancing, Hosting, Scalability), Rails API

Product Growth Manager
Reports to: Vice President of Product
Position: Full Time Salaried, Remote
Role Overview:
- Own the product enrollment flow and user acquisition
- Drive the enrollment strategy and grow our user acquisition base
- Conduct user testing and work with our UX team to determine new approaches to our enrollment flows
- Use data to measure results and this data will be used to target areas of improvement while measuring improvements you recommend
- We are a B2B2C organization, so you will be working with our marketing team and our product teams to bridge our marketing messaging with our product enrollment process.
- Research different approaches to user acquisition and testing those approaches with our user flow
- Work on a team with our product, dev and ux members
- User acquisition will be your focus, resulting in more folks having the opportunity to get better, resolving their musculoskeletal issue

- You love making it easy for someone to sign up for your product and even dabble in UX design
- You love data. Building out success metrics and using them to prioritize areas that will improve user acquisition is at the heart of how you will prioritize new user journeys
- You’ve driven user acquisition strategies in the past and thrive on new challenges
- You have a pulse on new, innovative ways user acquisition is happening across industries
- Creating measurement tests and understanding user analytics that drive user conversions is just what you do
- You’ve worked with marketing or have experience working with marketing to drive product adoption or enrollment
- You’ve worked in the direct to consumer space and love showcasing why someone should use your product
- Bonus points if you’ve used offers or sweepstakes in the past in your user acquisition strategy
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years experience owning user acquisition growth
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of experience in a D2C environment
- Experience with Heap, Amplitude, Pendo, VWO or another analytical tools that help with user acquisition
- 5+ years conducting user testing
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, fitness is a bonus
