The Director of Enterpirse Marketing (DEM) is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all of the company’s B2B marketing strategies and programs.  Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the DEM will oversee RecoveryOne’s marketing communications, lead generation, collateral development, events, digital marketing, public relations, and other related marketing activities. 

RecoveryOne is at an exciting stage of its growth journey and this candidate will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s holistic approach to B2B marketing.

NOTE:  This position is considered remote-friendly and, subsequently, accommodates candidates from any US location.  


  • Development and implementation of the B2B marketing strategy for the company and for new products
  • Development and execution of marketing programs, including lead generation campaigns, PR, digital marketing programs, social media presence, tradeshows and events
  • Work with sales leadership to expand the company’s sales database to provide more and better prospects to company’s new business sales team 
  • Manage, maintain and update the website to ensure the design remains fresh and the content continues to drive interest from targeted audiences
  • Manage paid and organic search programs to continuously drive new targeted users to RecoveryOne’s web properties
  • Develop and execute communications programs for clients to enhance customer experience, product usage, retention and add-on sales
  • Work with existing stakeholders and content experts to increase RecoveryOne’s profile among targeted media, analyst, prospect and customer audiences
  • Work closely with sales leadership to provide the sales teams with tools, materials and presentations to enable them to achieve their sales objectives
  • Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and manage and mentor all marketing associates (internal and external)
  • Manage, track and report on RecoveryOne’s marketing activities to management and ensure marketing objectives are met


    • 10 years total marketing experience, at least 5 years in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing role
    • Demonstrated ability in the development and execution of successful marketing programs in a B2B environment
    • Previous experience supporting a direct sales organization
    • Experience with healthcare products/services and sales 
    • Product marketing experience a plus
    • Experience marketing to healthcare payers, providers and employers preferred
    • Strong integrated marketing skills including digital and social media and traditional marketing channels
    • Advanced knowledge of paid and organic search methodologies and techniques to drive targeted visitors to company websites
    • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal skills
    • Experience developing and managing budgets
    • Track record of hiring, training, and developing successful marketing personnel
    • Commitment to working with leadership across the organization
    • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities 


  • Minimum Education Requirement: 4 year college degree 
  • Preferable Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business, or related field preferred
  • Masters in Marketing or other related business field a plus


  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
