Director of Data and Analytics

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The data team is responsible for all things data at RecoveryOne. As the team leader, the Director of Data and Analytics leads the execution of RecoveryOne’s data strategy. This leader is responsible for supervising a team of data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists. In addition, this leader represents the data team both internally and externally, ensuring that all stakeholders maximize access and use of data and insights.

NOTE: This position is considered remote-friendly and, subsequently, accommodates candidates from any US location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a data strategy which ensures that RecoveryOne is able to leverage data for continuous improvement, market insight, and clinical progress
  • Manage the data team’s activity establishing priorities, ensuring progress, and nurturing the careers of the data team members
  • Advise with the Leadership Team on data strategy
  • Support the 3 pillars of RecoveryOne’s data program: Data Insights, Marketing Data
  • Operations, and Value Estimation
  • Manage multiple programs and balance competing requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide supporting data tools and insights to all RecoveryOne teams
  • Possess the ability to translate a business request into the language of data, understanding the WHY behind the request, the WHERE to find the data, and the HOW to answer the question quickly and effectively

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, business analytics, related field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with to data tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Looker), ETL tools (e.g. FiveTran, Stitch, AWS Glue) and data warehouse tools (e.g. Domo, Amazon RedShift, Snowflake)
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus

Product Growth Manager

Reports to: Vice President of Product
Position: Full Time Salaried, Remote
Salary Range: $115,000 – $140,000

Role Overview:

  • Own the product enrollment flow and user acquisition
  • Drive the enrollment strategy and grow our user acquisition base
  • Conduct user testing and work with our UX team to determine new approaches to our enrollment flows
  • Use data to measure results and this data will be used to target areas of improvement while measuring improvements you recommend
  • We are a B2B2C organization, so you will be working with our marketing team and our product teams to bridge our marketing messaging with our product enrollment process.
  • Research different approaches to user acquisition and testing those approaches with our user flow
  • Work on a team with our product, dev and ux members
  • User acquisition will be your focus, resulting in more folks having the opportunity to get better, resolving their musculoskeletal issue

  • You love data. Building out success metrics and using them to prioritize areas that will improve user acquisition is at the heart of how you will prioritize new user journeys

  • Creating measurement tests and understanding user analytics that drive user conversions is just what you do

  • Bonus points if you’ve used offers or sweepstakes in the past in your user acquisition strategy

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience owning user acquisition growth
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a D2C environment
  • Experience with Heap, Amplitude, Pendo, VWO or another analytical tools that help with user acquisition
  • 5+ years conducting user testing
  • Experience in healthcare, fintech, fitness is a bonus

Sr. Marketing Data Analyst

Reports to: Technology with dotted-line to Enrollment Marketing
Position: Full Time Salaried
Salary Range: $110,000 – $160,000

Role Overview: RecoveryOne relies on consumer marketing to drive enrollments and therefore revenue.  The Senior Marketing Data Analyst will focus on enabling, analyzing, and delivering digital and offline marketing efforts.  Daily tasks will include: 

  • Formatting and analyzing files containing member data from our business clients
  • Analyzing performance of the entire enrollment funnel from initial marketing outreach to enrollment, and providing insights to the marketing and product teams on areas for improvement
  • Optimizing targeting of digital and offline marketing efforts via email, SMS, direct mail and other channels
  • Tracking performance and reporting campaign results to the enrollment marketing team
  • Recommending tests and optimizations for future campaigns  
  • Collaborating with marketing, product management, product development and data partners

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Query eligibility and claims files
  • Identify insights around campaign performance
  • Create and manage Heap events and taxonomy/information architecture
  • Monitor Heap events for trends in activation
  • Create reports in Heap and Tableau
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, data, and development teams
  • Manage opt outs
  • Enhance and maintain customer propensity model(s)

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Digital marketing analytics
  • Expert Heap user
  • Familiarity with Tableau (or other data visualization tools)
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake
  • Data analysis and interpretation 
  • Direct to consumer digital marketing experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of healthcare data (preferred) 
  • Propensity (and other) modeling experience (nice to have)
