The therapist and my RecoveryOne contact was very helpful, reminding me to do exercises in a timely manner and helping me with my questions. Since I chose to do a guided session, which was logging what I did and for how long, it motivated me to do exercises without missing them. I felt my muscles became a little stronger than before. It is helpful if you do it three to four times a week in guided sessions.”
