WHITE PAPER: RecoveryOne improves pain and function for individuals with low back pain.

The burden of musculoskeletal conditions is physically and financially high. Digital MSK care offers a new approach with promise to significantly improve care access, quality, and cost. But can it stand up to traditional treatment models like in-person physical therapy?

 

As part of a retrospective observational study, researchers from Arcadia University examined RecoveryOne users with low back pain over a period of 2 years. The findings reveal that RecoveryOne demonstrated meaningful change in pain and function for individuals with low back pain. Beyond that, the study concluded that it only took an average time of five minutes per day for participants to see results — a time commitment far less than that of traditional physical therapy.
